The Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement

CIRCLE’s mission is to reduce inequities in opportunities for civic learning and participation among youth and has played a critical role with independent, rigorous research, and deep collaboration with practitioners and advocates. CIRCLE believes that civic agency, voice, and skills open up pathways for social mobility, and civic actors working together can change society. We see research as a powerful tool for building these pathways.
